For agencies hiring for five or more jobs at once

Your recruiters talk to people.
The AI does the rest.

FunnelIt reads every CV. It scores each one against the job, emails the good ones, and books the interviews. Your team opens a calendar of interviews with every candidate already checked.

The FunnelIt pipeline board: eight labelled columns from Applied through to Rejected, with candidate cards showing match percentages.

The cost nobody adds up

180 applications. Three minutes each.

9hours

of reading, before anyone has spoken to a single candidate.

Last week your recruiters opened a few hundred CVs. Most were clearly wrong for the job. Somebody still had to read every one. That is the part we automated.

A recruiter seen from behind at a desk. A huge stack of CVs narrows down onto them. Every page is blank except one, near the top, drawn in gold: the candidate worth finding, somewhere in the pile.

Inside the software

So here is one of them.

One CV out of the hundred and eighty. A recruiter would have opened this file, read it, and made up their mind in about three minutes. Watch what happens instead.

01One CVScreening

A demonstration of the product reading a CV. Every line of a candidate’s CV is read and scored against the job. The result: Pooja Malhotra, a clinic receptionist applying for Front Desk Coordinator, scores 90 percent — a strong fit — with six of the seven required skills present and Opera PMS missing.

It asks you first. Every time, until you trust it.

On a new job it rejects nobody. It shows you what it would have done, and waits. Answer these three the way you really would. It works out the rest from your answers.

An interactive demonstration. You are shown three candidates for the same job. For each, the software tells you the call it would have made and asks whether you agree. Your answers build a list of plain-English screening rules, and a progress meter showing how close it is to running unattended.

Shown before anything is sent

To: Pooja Malhotra

Front Desk Coordinator — the next step

Hi Pooja,

Thank you for applying for the Front Desk Coordinator job. Four years on busy Dubai clinic receptions stood out, and so did handling insurance pre-approvals yourself.

Before we arrange a call, there are five short questions. Two are about Opera PMS, because the clinic uses it and your CV does not mention it. It takes about four minutes.

— Priya Sharma, Meridian Talent Partners

This is the whole email. Nothing else is sent. And nothing is sent before you have read it.

Three of these columns will not accept a candidate.

Applied, Questions sent and Answers in are only true when the candidate does something. They apply, or they answer. Moving someone into one of these columns would record that they did, when they did not. So the board does not allow it, and there is no setting that changes this.

Numbers you have never had before.

All counted for you, because the system is doing the work it is counting. Each one is marked good, average or low, so you do not need to know the industry average to read it.

A demonstration of the reporting screen. Across one month: 312 applications, all of them screened automatically, 74 shortlisted, 51 questionnaires answered, 28 interviews booked and 9 hires. The shortlist rate of 24 per cent and six days to interview are rated average against the product’s own benchmarks; the 55 per cent booking rate is rated good. That screening amounts to 78 hours the recruiters did not spend — 312 CVs at the fifteen minutes a read, a score and a write-up take a person. Below it, three candidates already in the database are re-ranked against a new role.

How it works

The seven-step pipeline, on autopilot.

From the moment someone applies to the moment your interviewer sits down with a prepared question sheet. Every step below happens without anyone on your team touching it.

  1. 01

    The candidate applies

Your own careers page, with your name on it. They upload a CV. No account to create.

  2. 02

    The AI reads the CV

Every CV is read and scored against the job, in seconds.

  3. 03

    Shortlist made

Good matches move forward. Weak ones get a polite reply. You set the pass mark.

  4. 04

    Questions sent

Five questions, written from that candidate's own CV. Not the same form for everyone.

  5. 05

    A personal email

A short email that invites them to book a call. Written for that one person.

  6. 06

    They book themselves

Candidates pick a time from your calendar. Confirmations and reminders are automatic.

  7. 07

    You get ready

A question sheet, ready before your call. It asks about what their CV does not cover.

  8. …while your recruiters spend the day on the only thing that actually closes placements: talking to people.

Screening

It reads every CV, so your recruiters do not have to.

Every application is read and scored against the job before anyone opens it. You get a decision to make, not a document to read.

  • A real score, with the reason. Not keyword matching. A percentage, and the sentence that explains it.

  • Every skill checked. What the candidate has, and what they are missing. Marked green and red.

  • The whole file on one screen. CV, summary, salary, notice period, visa status, and every message ever sent.

A screen recording of a candidate record in FunnelIt: the summary the AI wrote, a 90% match score, six of seven skills marked present and one missing, her work history, and her answers to the screening questions.

Trust

It learns how you decide. Then it decides on its own.

On a new job it rejects nobody. It keeps every candidate, shows you what it would have done, and asks you yes or no. It only starts working on its own after it has agreed with you nine times out of ten.

  • Ten answers teach it. You click yes or no. It works out your standard from your answers.

  • It writes down what it learned. Simple rules in plain words, each one marked with where it came from. Delete any you disagree with.

  • You switch it on, not us. It is never on by default. You can switch it off again on any job, at any time.

A job page in FunnelIt. A panel reads “You review each candidate — every applicant is scored and then held for your Yes or No. Nothing is emailed to them.” Beside it, a full progress bar marked “Ready to run on its own”, with a link to let it. Below, four screening rules the AI worked out, each one marked “from your answers” or “you wrote”.

Pipeline

One board. Every email already written.

Applied, shortlisted, questions sent, answers in, interview booked, decision. Move a candidate and the right email is sent for you. You see exactly what it says first.

  • You read the email before it is sent. The full subject and message, every time. Or move the candidate and send nothing.

  • Written for that person. Every message mentions their own CV and the actual job. It is not a template.

  • Nobody is forgotten. Anyone waiting too long appears on your morning list. One tap sends a reminder.

Submittals

A profile for your client. They cannot go around you.

One click turns a candidate into a one-page profile in your agency's colours. Summary, highlights, skills, match score. Every contact detail is removed.

  • Your brand, not ours. Your agency name and colour at the top. Our name appears nowhere on it.

  • No phone, no email, no LinkedIn. Your client can read everything. They still have to come back to you.

  • You see when it was opened. Every link is timestamped. You can switch any link off in one click.

A candidate profile in an agency's own brand colour, ready to send to a client. It shows a summary, highlights and skills, and no contact details anywhere.

Database

The CVs you already have can fill new jobs.

Every candidate who ever applied stays searchable. When a new job comes in, the AI ranks everyone already in your database and contacts them first. Before you pay for another job board advert.

  • Ranked against the new job. Best first, each one with the reason they match.

  • Old CVs get updated. Find the two-year-old files and ask that whole group for a new CV in one go.

  • Bring your old files with you. Send us a folder of old CVs. We import them during setup and remove the duplicates.

The FunnelIt talent pool. Past candidates are ranked against a new job, each with a match score and a reason. Beside it, a panel for asking a group of candidates to send an updated CV.

Reporting

Numbers you have never had before.

How many get shortlisted. How many days to an interview. How many are hired. And which recruiter is really moving candidates forward. All counted for you, because the system is doing the work it is counting.

  • The whole process, end to end. Applied, screened, shortlisted, booked, hired. And how many you lose at each step.

  • Told what good looks like. Every number is marked good, average or low. So a number means something straight away.

  • Hours saved, counted. How many hours of CV reading the system did for you this month.

A screen recording moving through the four FunnelIt report tabs: the seven-step hiring process, email and message rates, team activity, and old candidates re-used.

The whole thing

Watch it run, start to finish.

No slides, and nothing cut out. A job posted from a pasted job description. Every applicant screened. The rules it learns from your answers. And the email it writes when you move somebody forward.

Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.

This is what your candidates see.

The same system, from their side. Fast, with your agency's name on it, and nobody has to create an account.

A careers page in an agency's own brand, listing open jobs with salaries and locations.

Your careers page

Your name, your colour, your jobs. Applying takes under five minutes.

A candidate questionnaire page with questions written for that candidate and boxes to type answers.

Questions that fit them

Five questions written from their own CV. Not the same form for everyone.

A page where a candidate books an interview, showing free time slots and a confirmed booking.

They book themselves

They pick a time from your calendar. Confirmations and reminders are sent for you.

Other things it does for you

Message them where they reply

Email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, from every candidate card. Use one, or all three.

Paste a job description

Paste any job description and the form fills itself in. Your careers page is live in seconds.

Fewer missed interviews

A reminder goes out 24 hours before every interview, automatically.

Duplicates found

The same person applying twice with two email addresses is found and merged. You confirm it first.

Nothing to install

No passwords to set up, no data to move, no IT help. Your account is ready before our first call ends.

Export or delete, any time

Everything you hold on a candidate, out in one click. Or set it to delete on its own, on your schedule.

Control

It never rejects anyone without asking you first.

The worry with automatic screening is simple. Will it quietly reject someone you would have hired? On a new job it rejects nobody. It keeps every candidate and asks you first. It only starts working on its own after it has agreed with you nine times out of ten.

The data is yours

Export your whole account — candidates, CVs, messages, notes — as a file, whenever you want.

Delete on a schedule

You set how long candidate records are kept. The system deletes them on time, and shows you what is due before it does.

No contract, no exit fee

Stop whenever you like, and take everything with you. If it has not worked, we have wasted our time, not yours.

FAQ

The questions agency owners actually ask.

Not covered here? Message me and you will get a straight answer, usually the same day.

Ask a question
How is this different from an ATS?

An ATS stores candidates and waits for you. This one does the work. It reads every CV, scores it against the job, writes the shortlist email, sends the questions, books the interview, and prepares your question sheet. An ATS is somewhere to keep candidates. This is something that works on them.

Will it reject a good candidate before I see them?

Not on a new job. It starts in a mode where it rejects nobody. It shows you what it would have done with each candidate and asks you yes or no. It only starts acting on its own after it has agreed with your answers nine times out of ten. You can switch it back to asking at any moment.

Do you need our LinkedIn, Bayt or Naukri logins?

No. We never ask for your password to any job board or website. Candidates reach you through your own careers page. You can also import CVs you already have as files.

What happens to our candidate data?

It stays yours. You can export everything — candidates, CVs, messages, notes — in one click, at any time. You set how long records are kept, and the system deletes them on that schedule. There is no contract holding you and no exit fee.

How long does setup take?

One call, usually thirty minutes. I build your account with your real open jobs before we speak. So by the time the call ends, you are watching your own candidates rather than a demo.

Does it work outside our region?

Yes. Phone numbers, currencies, time zones and working weeks are all set for each agency. A Sunday-to-Thursday week in Riyadh and a Monday-to-Friday week in Manchester both work with no extra setup. It is used every day across the Gulf and South Asia, which is why visa status is on the candidate record. But nothing in it is limited to one region.

We already have a CRM. Do we have to stop using it?

No. Most agencies run this next to what they already have during the free trial, on two jobs, and decide afterwards. There is nothing to move across before you can see whether it works.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Before you pay, we agree how many hours of CV reading the AI will save your team in the first 30 paid days. If it saves less than that, you get back all you paid for those 30 days. The full rules are on the guarantee page.

What does it cost?

The free trial lasts seven days, on two open jobs. After that the price depends on how many jobs and recruiters you have. I give you the figure on the call, once I have seen how you work. Message me and I will tell you.

See your own jobs running through it.
