How we calculate
- 01Hours per month = (jobs × CVs × minutes per CV) + (jobs × interviews × minutes per interview). Then ÷ 60.
- 021 work month = 176 hours (22 days × 8 hours). 1 work week = 40 hours.
- 03Hours for 1 hire = 176 ÷ hires by 1 recruiter per month.
- 04More hires = hours saved in a year ÷ hours for 1 hire. We round down.
- 05Salary saved = hours saved in a year × monthly salary ÷ 176.
- 06Both options use the same hours. So we never add them.
- 07The guarantee counts only CV reading, not interviews. It promises half of your CV reading hours.
- 08The sample is 5 minutes per CV. Reading, scoring and writing notes on 1 CV takes about 15 minutes. Use your real number.
