How we calculate
  1. 01Hours a month = (jobs × CVs × minutes per CV) + (jobs × interviews × minutes per interview), then ÷ 60.
  2. 021 working day = 8 hours. 1 work month = 176 hours, which is 22 working days × 8 hours.
  3. 03More hires = hours saved in a year ÷ hours for 1 hire, and 1 hire takes 176 ÷ hires per recruiter. Salary saved is the same hours × what 1 recruiter's hour costs. The two are never added.
