Money-back guarantee

Save the hours, or get all your money back.

FunnelIt gives a money-back guarantee on your first 30 paid days. Before you pay, we agree how many hours of CV reading the AI will save your team. If it saves less than that, you get back everything you paid for those 30 days. This page explains how we agree the number, how the hours are counted, and what does not count.

What we promise

The guarantee covers your first 30 paid days. The free 7-day trial comes before it and is not part of it.

Before you pay, we agree 3 numbers in writing. The hours the AI will save your team. The minutes your team takes to read 1 CV. The number of CVs that must come in during those 30 days.

If the AI saves fewer hours than we agreed, you get back all you paid for those 30 days. Not a part of it. All of it.

How we agree the number of hours

The number comes from your agency, not from us. You put in your open jobs, the CVs each one brings, and the minutes your team spends on 1 CV. The calculator works out the hours your team spends reading CVs every month.

The guarantee is half of that number. We promise half and not all, because a smaller promise you can check is worth more than a bigger one you cannot.

You see the number before you pay, and it goes in writing.

How the hours are counted

Hours = CVs the AI read and scored × the minutes we agreed for 1 CV.

An example. Your team takes 5 minutes to read 1 CV. In 30 days the AI reads and scores 600 CVs. 600 × 5 minutes = 3,000 minutes = 50 hours.

The CV count is the number both of us can check, so that is what settles any disagreement.

What does not count

CVs you upload in bulk do not count. The AI does not score them on upload, so it has not done the reading.

Interviews do not count either. The guarantee is about CV reading only.

This is why a number of CVs is part of what we agree. The AI cannot save hours on CVs that never arrive.

Why the promise covers CV reading and nothing else

We promise only what the software controls.

Reading CVs depends on nothing but CVs arriving. FunnelIt scores each one the moment it lands, even while a job is still being set up.

Arranging interviews is different. That depends on candidates replying and on your recruiters opening their calendars. We will not promise you money against something we do not control, and you should not accept that promise from anyone else either.

How to claim

Send a WhatsApp message on day 31 or later.

We check the CV count and the hours together. If the hours are short, you get your money back.

There is no form to fill in and no notice period.

The rules, in short

These are the same words as the guarantee section of the terms. Word for word. Nothing on this page is a shorter or softer version of the rules.

  • It covers your first 30 paid days. The free 7-day trial is not part of it.
  • Before you pay, we agree 3 numbers in writing: the hours, the minutes to read 1 CV, and the number of CVs needed.
  • How we count hours: CVs our AI read and scored in those 30 days × the agreed minutes per CV.
  • The agreed number of CVs must come in through FunnelIt. CVs you upload in bulk do not count, because the AI does not score them on upload.
  • If the hours are less than promised, you get back all you paid for those 30 days.

To see the hours for your own agency, use the calculator.

Questions

When does the guarantee start?

It starts on your first paid day. The free 7-day trial comes before it and is not part of it.

How are the hours counted?

Hours = the number of CVs our AI read and scored × the minutes we agreed your team takes to read 1 CV. Both numbers are agreed in writing before you pay.

How many CVs must come in?

A number we agree before you pay, worked out from your own jobs and application numbers. The AI cannot save hours on CVs that never arrive, so the guarantee needs a minimum.

What does “all your money back” mean?

Everything you paid for those 30 days, not a part of it.

What does not count towards the hours?

CVs you upload in bulk, because the AI does not score them on upload. And interviews, because the guarantee covers CV reading only.
